Slow Cooker Tortilla Soup

1 cup home made salsa
2 cans fat free (the healthy crap) cream of chicken soup
pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces cups frozen whole kernel corn can black beans, rinsed and drained soup can water teaspoon ground cumin cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves1 can of Rotel 
Jalapeno's to taste

Mix all this together and put in a slow cooker, Cook on low for 5 hours... add some Cilantro on top and serve with extra cheese :)

don't forget the Hot sauce... and Jalapenos
