Venison Meatloaf

Venison meatloaf is one of my favorites especially on these cold nights we have started to have.. Last night it got down to 27*F at the house... Winter came in a hurry!

Ingredients
1 lbs Ground Venison or Beef
2/3 Cup of Whole Milk
1/2 Cup of Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup of Ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Egg
1/4-1/2 cup of Raisins
2-4 Tbsp of Ranch Powdered Mix

 Pre-heat your oven to 350*F.

In a mixing bowl, add your ground meat, milk, breadcrumbs, ketchup, salt and pepper, egg, and ranch powder.
Combine well with your hands. I use my hands.. I have not found something that mixes meatloaf or meatballs as well as your hands!

Add The Raisins last.   I like a lot of raisins so I tend to put about 1/2 a cup. Mix the raisins in well.

Pack this meat mixture into a loaf pan.  Drizzle the top with ketchup and Cook for 1 hour.
