Sausage and Vegetable Medley Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Sweet Italian Sausage
3 cups of chicken broth
2 cups broccoli
1/3 cup Cream of Something-ish mix
1 each Carrot, Big Potato and Summer Squash
1 8oz package of Shiitake Mushrooms
About 5-6 Asparagus Stalks (depending on Size)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown the Sausage over medium-high heat until it is fully cooked, then Set Aside.
In a crockpot, poor in chicken broth and add the cream of something-ish mix and whisk together.
Dice/chop up the carrot, asparagus, potato, broccoli and squash, then add to the pot.
Add the Mushrooms and Sausage to the crockpot and mix everything together.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or High for 4-5 hours.
